01Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Keylet, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

02Using the app

You may use Keylet for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.

03No account, your data

Keylet has no user accounts and stores your data encrypted on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device, PIN/biometrics and your encrypted backups secure. Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover it for you if you lose your device and your backups.

04Purchases

Keylet Pro is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by those stores under their terms. For App Store purchases, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

05Intellectual property

All rights in the app — including its content, design and software — remain with Studio Fifteen. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

06Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

07Termination

We may suspend or end your right to use the app if you breach these terms.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
